Hookhand is provided by SU Studio (CVR 46441311). Your use of the app is covered by Apple'sstandard licence agreement, together with the terms below. Where they differ, these terms apply to what you make with Hookhand.

Your videos

What you make with Hookhand is yours. You may post it, run it as an ad and change it, for as long as you like. You are responsible for what your videos say and for following the rules of the platforms where you use them.

AI presenters

Every person and voice in a Hookhand video is made by AI. Label your videos as AI-generated where a platform or the law asks. Do not present a presenter as a real person, a real customer or a real review, and do not use the videos to mislead anyone.

What you may not make

• Sexual content, or anything involving a person under 18.
• Violence, hate, or content that encourages self-harm.
• Real, named people, or a presenter made to pass as one.
• Promises of income, weight loss, cures or other results nobody can stand behind.
• Political campaigning or election content.
• Anything that promotes illegal products or services, or infringes someone else's rights, including screenshots or product photos you are not allowed to use.

We check what goes into each video and may refuse, remove or report content, and close accounts that break these rules.

Credits

Credits are bought through Apple and never expire. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred. A video's price is shown before it is made, and anything that fails is refunded to your balance. Refunds of purchases are handled by Apple.

The service

We work to keep Hookhand available and the videos good, but AI can get things wrong, and the service may change or pause. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.
